各有关学院：

    根据《浙江省教育厅办公室关于做好2017年度浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金评审工作的通知》精神，经研究，正式启动2017年秋浙江省政府奖学金申请评审工作，具体如下：

 浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金内容：

6000元/学年，语言生申请资格每学年评审一次。

20000元/学年，本科生申请资格每学年评审一次。

30000元/学年，研究生申请资格每学年评审一次。

 浙江省政府奖学金申请资格：

基本条件：在读来华留学生

其他条件：

1．申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康，对华友好；

2．在校生须表现良好，无迟到、早退，无旷课等违反校纪校规行为，无违反中国法律法规的行为；成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅；

3．申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并能提供相关证明，如HSK证书，其他汉语学习和考试证书等；

4．申请人未同时获得其他各类奖学金，且不属于交换生；

5．申请人就读时间为：2017年下半学期至2018年上半学期（一年）

 浙江省政府奖学金申请材料（所有材料递交1份）：

1. 《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》

2. 护照照片页复印件；

3. 学历证明和成绩单（需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

4. 汉语水平证明：有汉语学习证明或HSK证书者提供； 

5. 健康证明；

6. 推荐信；

7. 申请陈述：包含申请人汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并签字。

注：本次申请只接受班主任或学院推荐学生名单和申请材料，不接收学生个人申请。

 Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship Application

Annotation: 

RMB6000/academic year for Language Students

RMB20000/academic year for Bachelor Students

RMB30000/academic year for Master Students

Basic Requirements: Current International Students

Other Requirements:

1．Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens with foreign passports, friendly to China, and in good health.

2．Current students are required to do well in school. There are no any in-school violation of school disciplines and regulations, such as coming to work late and leaving early, absenteeism, etc. There are no any outside-school violation of Chinese laws and regulations. Applicants have to top his grade or class.

3．Applicants have to acquire corresponding Chinese language level, and submit related documents such as HSK certificate, other certificates for Chinese language learning and test et.al. 

4．Applicants haven’t been recipient of any other scholarships or exchange student program.

5．Applicant’s study duration must from 09/2017 to 07/2018(one year).

Application Materials (all documents much be in one copy)

1. 《Application Form of Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students in China》(It can be downloaded);

2. A photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3. Copy of Diploma and Transcript (Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English);   

4. Certificates of Chinese Proficiency if necessary (It could be the certificates of Chinese language learning or HSK);

5. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Record Form;

6. Current students should provide the letters of recommendation from related institutes they are studying in. 

7. Personal Statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc. The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.

Only accept Application Documents from School or Head teachers. 

Please hand in all the application documents to Office 202 before 11:30 am 8th November 2017.
