实习外籍教师项目介绍

  随着杭州市教育国际化的逐步推进,中小学对于外籍教师的需求量增加,但目前外教市场情况复杂,外籍教师资质良莠不齐,外教引进周期较长,现有外籍教师的数量和质量都难以满足中小学日益增长的需求。为了缓解杭州市外教资源紧张的局面,该项目挑选优秀的海外在读本科学生前往杭州市中小学进行短期教育教学实习,在作为杭州市外教资源补充的同时,为海外学生提供了实践的机会。该项目由海外院校提供信息发布平台,该校学生进行申请后,我中心通过简历审核,视频筛选,网络面试等形式,匹配合适的学生前往杭州市中小学进行教学实习。各中小学与选拔通过的学生签订实习协议,实习结束后,由实习学生和所在学校进行双向反馈并打分,对期表现优秀的学生,实习学校可提供实习证明。

  With the gradual promotion of the internationalization of education in Hangzhou, the demand for foreign teachers in the primary and secondary schools has been increasing. However, the current situation of foreign teachers market is complex, the quality of foreign teachers varies, the introduction cycle of foreign teachers is long, and the number and quality of existing foreign teachers are difficult to meet the growing demand of primary and secondary schools. In order to alleviate the shortage of foreign teacher resources in the city, the program focuses on selecting excellent overseas undergraduate students to go to Hangzhou primary and secondary schools for short-term education and teaching practice so they may become an effective supplement of foreign teacher resources in Hangzhou. The relevant information is first released on the platforms provided by overseas colleges and universities. After the students’ application, the center will through resume review, video selecting, online interview and other forms allocate the appropriate students to go to the primary and secondary schools in the city for teaching practice. Each primary and secondary school signs an internship agreement with the selected students. After the internship, the internship students and their school will give two-way feedback and evaluations.  The schools the interns work will provide the internship certificate for the outstanding students.
